Return shipping is paid by the customer and usually runs between $8.95 and $14.95. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered, we cover it.

If a manufacturing fault shows up within the first year, we replace the item at no cost.

Wash cool, no tumble dryer. Dry knitwear flat so it keeps its shape, and hang shirts straight out of the machine to save yourself the ironing.

When will my order arrive?

Orders leave the warehouse 1 to 2 business days after you place them. Delivery takes another 4 to 7 business days, so most orders land inside 5 to 9 business days. Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Where does my parcel come from?

We work with fulfilment partners abroad and ship from our network in Asia. Returns from customers in the United States go to our authorised facility in Doral, Florida.

Can I send something back?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, no reason needed. It has to be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with the tags still on.
