WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders leave the warehouse 1 to 2 business days after you place them. Delivery then takes another 4 to 7 business days, which puts most orders at your door inside 5 to 9 business days. Tracking comes with every order and we do not charge for it.
WHERE DOES MY PARCEL COME FROM?

Oliver Jonas works with fulfilment partners abroad, and orders are dispatched through our network in Asia. Returns from customers in the United States go to our authorised facility at

3450 NW 115th Ave, Doral, FL 33178, United States.
CAN I SEND SOMETHING BACK?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item and you do not need to give a reason. The conditions and the steps are set out on our Refund and Return Policy page.
HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

A tracking link lands in your inbox within 24 hours of your parcel leaving the fulfilment centre. Use it to follow the shipment right up to your door.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay work as well.

The phone line is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Not yet. For now we deliver within the United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are included, although parcels to those states can take a few business days longer.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum order value and no handling fee at checkout.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes, as long as it is within 12 hours of ordering. Email support@oliverjonas.com with your order number and we will change the address or cancel it at no cost. After those 12 hours the order may already be in processing, but you can still send it back once it arrives.
WHO PAYS TO SEND A RETURN BACK?

You do, and it usually comes to between $8.95 and $14.95 depending on the size of the parcel and the carrier you pick. If the item turned up damaged, faulty, or is simply not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping in full.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. WHAT NOW?

Send an email to support@oliverjonas.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will ship a free replacement or refund you in full, and the return shipping is on us.
WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Each product page carries a size guide with the measurements for that specific item. Fits vary from style to style, so it pays to check even when you already know your usual size. Stuck between two, email us and we will tell you which one we would take.
HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY PIECES?

Care instructions sit on every product page. The short version: wash cool, dry knitwear flat, and keep everything out of the tumble dryer. That covers most of what keeps a piece looking new.
IS PAYING ON THIS SITE SAFE?

Yes. The store runs on SSL encryption and payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant providers. Your card details go straight to the payment processor, they are never stored on our side.
