Shipping policy

The short version

  • We get your order ready in 1 to 2 business days
  • Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days once it is on the way
  • Count on 5 to 9 business days in total
  • Shipping is free, with no minimum order value
  • We deliver inside the United States only
  • Tracking is included and emailed within 24 hours of dispatch

Getting your order ready

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day go into processing the same day. Anything later, or over a weekend or public holiday, is picked up the next business day. Preparing an order takes 1 to 2 business days.

By business days we mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States.

Delivery time

Once your parcel has left the fulfilment centre, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. Most orders therefore arrive within 5 to 9 business days of being placed. Addresses in Alaska and Hawaii can take a few business days longer.

These are the times we work with day to day. If something is going to take longer than this, we would rather tell you than let you find out.

What shipping costs

Nothing. Every order inside the United States ships free. There is no minimum spend, no handling fee and no charge added at checkout. All prices on the site are in US dollars.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Tracking your parcel

You will get an email with a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch. Use it to follow the parcel until it arrives. If nothing has landed in your inbox after 3 business days, check your spam folder and then email support@oliverjonas.com with your order number.

Where your order is sent from

Oliver Jonas works with international fulfilment partners, and orders are dispatched from our partner network in Asia. Returns from customers in the United States are handled at our authorised facility in Doral, Florida. Full details sit in our Refund and Return Policy.

Import duties and sales tax

Because we ship to United States addresses only, you will not be asked to pay import duties or customs charges on your order. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

If your parcel is late or does not arrive

Carriers occasionally lose a parcel, or tracking sits still for a few days. Tracking that has gone quiet is usually nothing to worry about, parcels often stop updating between hubs.

If your order has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch, email support@oliverjonas.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not have to chase the carrier yourself, we do that.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before you unpack it where you can, and email us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.

Wrong or incomplete address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it at no cost. After that the order may already be in processing and we cannot change it, although you can still return the parcel once it reaches you.
